Developing a vaccine is a time-consuming and complex process, requiring a combination of specialized skills, know-how and technical capacities not readily available at a single organization.
The EVI-led TRANSVAC2, European Research Infrastructure project facilitates access to these skills and capacities across the vaccine R&D pipeline. In the last 5 years TRANSVAC2 has supported over 50 projects from researchers worldwide to boost the development of their vaccines, including human and veterinary vaccine candidates for infectious diseases, cancer, allergies and adjuvant development. TRANSVAC2 has also provided training in advanced vaccinology to over 200 course attendees.
🎓 TRANSVAC2 offers training courses to provide fundamental and advanced knowledge on a wide-range of vaccine development-related topics.
In this open Call TRANSVAC2 offers three free advanced courses on:
M3 >> Adjuvants and vaccine formulation - offered by Vaccine Formulation Institute (VFI)
M13 >> Systems biology of vaccinology - offered by University of Siena
M14 >> Regulatory aspects of vaccine development - offered by European Infrastructure for Translational Medicine (EATRIS)
