Steps involved

Step 1 - Registration

Enter your details to create an account with TRANSVAC at http://www.transvac.org/user.

Create your account now

Step 2 - Activate your account

You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in this email and login to the TRANSVAC web site to activate your account. (if you do not recieve your confirmation email please check your spam or junk mail folder - if you still cannot find it please contact transvac [at] euvaccine [dot] eu)

Step 3 - Submit your application form

Having activated your account you should download the appropriate form:

If you wish to apply for the adjuvant services then you should use the Adjuvant services form otherwise please use the general PDF application form and complete it offline. Please name your application as follows: TRANSVAC_Call-number_Project-acronym.pdf.

PLEASE READ THE APPLICATION FORM AND HELPTEXT CAREFULLY. Applications not containing essential information on e.g. methodology cannot be properly evaluated on feasibility

Once complete you should log into the TRANSVAC website again (http://www.transvac.org/user) and upload your completed application form together with any supporting documentation.
